We built a scalable outreach system that activated 50k+ leads, resulting in 25+ early-stage founders curated and accepted into the accelerator. We supported 100+ meetings and enabled outreach to 55+ investors to accelerate founder–investor connections.

Discovery & Strategy
We partnered with Enforce, a niche accelerator for SaaS founders, to design and implement an outreach system focused on accelerating founder visibility and strengthening investor connections. The challenge was clear: founders needed a structured, repeatable way to reach the right investors, partners, and ecosystem players without relying on fragmented, manual outreach.
We began by understanding Enforce’s accelerator model, founder profiles, and investor network goals. From there, we built a centralized outreach architecture that combined audience segmentation, intelligent data sourcing, and automated yet personalized communication flows. The system was designed to support both founder-led outreach and program-level investor engagement, ensuring consistency, clarity, and scalability. The result was a streamlined outreach engine that enabled Enforce to move faster, nurture meaningful relationships, and position its founders more effectively within the SaaS and investor ecosystem without adding operational complexity.

Creation & Deliverables
The execution phase focused on building a scalable, founder-first outreach system designed to support rapid investor and ecosystem engagement. We created a centralized outreach infrastructure that combined curated lead databases, segmented founder and investor lists, and automated communication flows tailored to Enforce’s accelerator cohorts.
Deliverables included a fully structured outreach pipeline with personalized email and LinkedIn sequences, CRM-ready data organization, and tracking mechanisms to monitor engagement and response quality. We implemented automation layers that preserved a human tone while enabling founders to operate at scale, ensuring outreach remained intentional rather than transactional. To support long-term usability, we provided clear documentation and workflows that allowed Enforce’s internal team to manage, refine, and expand the system as new cohorts joined the accelerator. The final system enabled faster founder introductions, more consistent investor touchpoints, and a repeatable outreach process that could evolve alongside Enforce’s growth—turning relationship-building into a structured, measurable engine rather than an ad hoc effort.
